Here is the panel from our 2019 event, we are currently finalising the schedule for 2021, click here for more info.

Saturday 12.30pm

The Forestry Forum is a platform where experts, industry organisations and members of the public are invited to have solution based discussion around production of high value timber, long rotation production, fire control, growing techniques and biodiversity challenges that are facing the Forestry Industry.

Last year we had ex-cyclone Gita, this year it has been the Pigeon Valley fires. The Forestry Forum facilitates an open discussion between parties that might not ordinarily meet to work together to find solutions for our ever increasing environmental challenges.

This year on the panel we have Damien O’Connor MP, David Evison Associate Professor at Canterbury University in Forest Economics and Andrew Lamason with Erik Wardrop hosting the discussion.
